Thanks for visiting our website listing of our HHI vacation properties. We have been renting vacation rentals for over 10 years and have recently added a couple new properties for our guests. We live in Virginia but over the last 10 years, we have established a strong network of service providers to make sure our properties stay cleaned, updated and ready for our guests enjoyment.

Tim Lawson

Hello, my name is Tim and we purchased our first property in 2011. We have added 2 more properties and we self manage our properties with a strong network of providers. I have a technology business background along with a hobby for building, construction and photography. We look forward to hosting you and your family.

Melissa Lawson

Tim and I have been married for over 30 years and we run our vacation properties business together. Our daughter Olivia also helps out with some the guest contact. We enjoy getting to know our guests and we have lots of repeat guests year after year. We hope we can add you to that list. We look forward to hosting you and your family.
